The magnetic properties of Fe2O3 nanoparticles (average diameter ∅≅3 nm) in alumina (68% Fe2O3 in weight) have been investigated by magnetization measurements. The results indicate a superparamagnetic behavior of interacting particles, which block with decreasing temperature (the zero-field-cooled susceptibility shows a maximum at T≅145 K) with a distribution of relaxation times. A change of magnetic regime is observed below ∼60 K, due to the increasing interparticle interactions and local surface anisotropy.  相似文献

A spectrum sharing system with primary and secondary nodes, each equipped with an arbitrary number of antennas, is investigated. Particularly, the outage performance of an underlay cognitive system is analytically studied, in the case when the end-to-end (e2e) communication is established via an intermediate relay node. To better enhance the e2e communication, successive interference cancellation (SIC) is adopted, which compensates for both the transmission power constraint and the presence of interference from primary nodes. Both the relay and secondary receiver perform unordered SIC to successively decode the multiple streams, whereas the decode-and-forward relaying protocol is used for the e2e communication. New closed-form expressions for the e2e outage performance of each transmitted stream are derived in terms of finite sum series of the Tricomi confluent hypergeometric function. In addition, simplified yet tight approximations for the asymptotic outage performance are obtained. Useful engineering insights are manifested, such as the diversity order of the considered system and the impact of interference from the primary nodes in conjunction with the constrained transmission power of the secondary nodes.  相似文献

The signed distance-k-domination number of a graph is a certain variant of the signed domination number. If v is a vertex of a graph G, the open k-neighborhood of v, denoted by N k (v), is the set N k (v) = {u: uv and d(u, v) ⩽ k}. N k [v] = N k (v) ⋃ {v} is the closed k-neighborhood of v. A function f: V → {−1, 1} is a signed distance-k-dominating function of G, if for every vertex . The signed distance-k-domination number, denoted by γ k,s (G), is the minimum weight of a signed distance-k-dominating function on G. The values of γ 2,s (G) are found for graphs with small diameter, paths, circuits. At the end it is proved that γ 2,s (T) is not bounded from below in general for any tree T.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) is synthesized at room temperature by high-energy ball milling the stoichiometric mixture of (1:1 mol%) of NiO and α-Fe2O3 powders. The structural and microstructural evolution of NiFe2O4 caused by milling is investigated by X-ray powder diffraction. The relative phase abundance, particle size, r.m.s. strain, lattice parameter changes of different phases have been estimated employing Rietveld structure refinement analysis of X-ray powder diffraction data. Particle size and content (wt%) of both NiO and α-Fe2O3 phases reduce rapidly with increasing milling time and a significant amount of nanocrystalline NiFe2O4 is formed within 1 h of ball milling. Particle sizes of all the phases reduce to ∼10 nm within 5 h of milling and remain almost unchanged with increasing milling time up to 20 h. Lattice parameter of cubic NiO decreases linearly with increasing milling time, following the Vegard's law of solid-solution alloy. A continuous decrease in lattice parameter of cubic NiFe2O4 phase clearly suggests that smaller Ni atoms have occupied some of the vacant oxygen sites of ferrite lattice. Cation distribution both in octahedral and tetrahedral sites changes continuously with milling time and the normal spinel lattice formed at early stage of milling, transforms to inverse spinel lattice in the course of milling. High-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) micrographs of 11 h milled sample corroborates the findings of X-ray profile analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, a nonlinear adaptive output feedback robust controller is proposed for motion control of hydraulic servo systems in the presence of largely unknown matched and mismatched modeling uncertainties. Different from the existing control technologies, the presented hydraulic closed-loop controller which can deal with strong matched and mismatched parametric uncertainties is synthesized via the backstepping technique. Specially, a nonlinear disturbance observer which can estimate the largely mismatched disturbance is integrated into the design of the linear extended state observer to obtain estimation of unmeasurable system states, uncertain parameters and strong disturbances simultaneously. In addition, the projection-type adaptive law is synthesized into the design of the resulting controller. More importantly, the global stability of the whole closed-loop system is strictly guaranteed by the Lyapunov analysis. Furthermore, the effectiveness and practicability of the presented control strategy have been demonstrated by comparative experiments under different working conditions.  相似文献

The new ultraphosphates FeP4O11, ZnP4O11 and CdP4O11 of the CuP4O11 structure type were synthesized from the corresponding meta- or polyphosphates and P4O11. Crystallization via the gas phase has been achieved at elevated temperatures using a mixture of P (3 mg) and I2 (50 mg) as mineralizer. The crystal structure consists of a two-dimensional phosphate network, built from four crystallographically independent 10-membered polyphosphate rings. Each ring contains four secondary and six tertiary PO4-groups. Two crystallographically independent metal sites showing sixfold coordination by terminal oxygen atoms are located inbetween the phosphate layers. FeO6-octahedra (2.028(3) Å < d̄ FeO6 < 2.268(3) Å) and ZnO6 octahedra (2.002(2) Å < d̄ ZnO6 < 2.256(2) Å) exhibit slightly larger radial distortion than the CdO6-octahedra (2.215(7) Å < d̄ CdO6 < 2.383(3) Å).  相似文献

采用恒电位法在铟锡氧化物导电玻璃(ITO)上制备了高度有序一维ZnO纳米棒阵列,将ZnO纳米棒阵列在TiO2溶胶中采用提拉法制备出了一维TiO2/ZnO核壳式纳米棒阵列.在一维TiO2/ZnO核壳式纳米棒阵列上电沉积CdS纳米晶得到一维CdS/TiO2/ZnO核壳式纳米棒阵列,然后在一维CdS/TiO2/ZnO核壳式纳米棒阵列上电沉积聚3-己基噻吩(P3HT)薄膜得到P3HT/CdS/TiO2/ZnO核壳式纳米结构薄膜.以该纳米结构薄膜电极为光阳极制备出新型纳米结构杂化太阳电池,研究了该类电池的光电转换性能,初步探讨了该类电池的工作机理.  相似文献

Capillary rise experiments were performed in columns filled with glass beads and Berea sandstones, using visual methods to register the advance of the water front. For the glass-bead-filled columns, early time data is well fitted by the Washburn equation. However in the experiments, the advancing front exceeded the predicted equilibrium height. For large times, an algebraic behavior of the velocity of the front is observed (T. Delker, D. Pengra and P. Wong, Phys. Rev. Lett. 76 (1996) 2902). A model to study the capillary pressure evolution in a regular assembly of spheres is proposed and developed. It is based on a quasi-static advance of the meniscus with a piston-like motion, and allows to estimate the hydraulic equilibrium height, with values very close to those obtained by fitting early time data to a Washburn equation. The change of regime is explained as a transition in the mechanism of advance of the meniscus. On the other hand, only the Washburn regime was observed for the sandstones. The front velocity was fitted to an algebraical form with an exponent close to 0.5, a value expected from the asymptotic limit of the Washburn equation.  相似文献

Tyre traffic over soil causes non-uniform ground pressures across the tyre width and along the soil–tyre contact area. The objective of this paper was to obtain in the topsoil the shape, magnitudes, distribution and transmission in depth of the ground pressures from a finite element model of soil compaction. The influence of tyre inflation pressure, tyre load and soil water content over the pressures propagation in the soil was analysed. The model shows how to low inflation pressure the tyre carcass supports most of the total load and the biggest peak pressures are distributed in the tyre axes when it traffics over firm soil. For high inflation pressure the incremented stiff causes that pressure is distributed with parabolic shape. In wet soil the inflation pressure does not influence on the ground pressure distribution, this depends only on the tyre load. The inflation pressure and tyre load changed the shape of the vertical pressures distribution on the surface of a hard dry soil, but these variables did not affect the distribution of vertical stresses in a soft wet soil or below a depth of 0.15 m.  相似文献
